2. Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking information has been received and confirmation has been provided.

Availability, prices and tour schedules may change until the reservation is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, hotel details, travel date, number of participants and contact information.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed according to the selected tour or experience and may vary depending on the date, season, availability and service provider.

Any services not specifically mentioned as included in the tour description are not included in the price.

Additional costs, such as personal expenses, meals or optional activities, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Tour Programs

Tour itineraries may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, local circumstances, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond our control.

The order of visits may be changed without affecting the overall experience.

For private tours, itineraries can generally be customized according to the customer’s preferences and available time.

5. Hot Air Balloon Flights

Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather and aviation conditions and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

The final decision to operate a flight is made by the authorized balloon operator and/or relevant aviation authorities.

If a flight is cancelled due to unsuitable weather or aviation conditions, the applicable refund or rescheduling policy of the balloon operator will apply.

The number of balloons, flight area, departure time and flight duration may vary depending on operational and weather conditions.

6. Meals & Personal Expenses

Unless explicitly stated in the tour description, meals are not included in the tour price.

For private tours, guests are free to choose where and what they would like to eat. Meals and other personal expenses are paid directly by the guests.

7. Pickup & Transportation

Hotel pickup and drop-off are available only where specifically included in the selected service.

Customers must provide correct hotel information and be ready at the agreed pickup time.

Delays caused by incorrect information or failure to be ready at the designated time may result in additional charges or loss of the service.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the tour, activity and service provider.

The cancellation policy applicable to your specific reservation will be communicated during the booking process or in your confirmation.

Some services, including certain balloon flights, private tours and special activities, may have different cancellation conditions.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following the instructions of guides, drivers, balloon crews and activity operators.

Customers must inform us in advance about any relevant physical limitations, mobility requirements, dietary requirements or other special requests that may affect the service.

Customers may be refused participation in an activity if the operator considers that participation would create a safety risk.

10. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

CappadociaTour.tr is not responsible for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, aviation restrictions, road closures, natural events, government decisions or other operational restrictions.

Where possible, we will assist customers with alternative arrangements according to the policies of the relevant service provider.

11. Photography & Media

Some tours and activities may include photography or video services. The use, delivery and ownership of photographs or videos are subject to the conditions of the relevant service provider.

Customers should inform the operator if they do not wish to be photographed for promotional purposes.

12. Liability

CappadociaTour.tr will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and assist customers with their bookings.

However, services operated by independent suppliers are subject to their own operational procedures, safety requirements and terms.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by the actions of independent service providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Complaints

If you experience a problem during your tour or activity, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to assist you while the service is in progress.

Complaints submitted after the service has ended should include the booking details and relevant information so they can be properly reviewed.

14. Changes to These Terms

CappadociaTour.tr reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version published on this website will apply to future bookings.
